A bit about us: Our first and second floors are independent living, and our third floor offers more living assistance, with attendants to aid our seniors in daily living activities. The Salishan is a 188-suite non-profit sponsored Seniors 55+ Independent Living apartment building. With 148 Bachelor suites and 40 One Bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites, Salishan offers beautiful views of the local and surrounding areas, as well as mountain views. Salishan is located in the Lougheed Mall area within close walking distance to the Lougheed town centre. Salishan is also located close to the sky train and local transit, many restaurants, medical clinics, hair salons, drug stores and entertainment facilities. Heat, hot water, hydro and basic cable are included in the rent. The building also has a lounge with a pool table, ping pong table, kitchen for special functions and raised garden plots for tenants with a green thumb!

Salishan offers dignified living for individuals or couples with low incomes (a declaration that income is below our maximum allowable will be required).
